This is our basic package for a flat fee of only $1,995.

We will list your house for up to one year.

With this package you get our expert help selling your property.

To start you out we will provide you with a Comparative market analysis of your neighborhood. We will also enter your property into the MLS or "Multiple Listing Service," which is a computerized database of virtually all of the homes for sale in a specific area.

We will also have your property shown on Realtor.com, Tribune.com, Sun-times.com, Land.com, and our Web-Site.

There's Still More!

Showings will be coordinated with you by Showing Solutions. We’re also going to help you with all of your contract negations. (2.5% co/op will be offered to incoming brokers.)
