To start you out we will provide you with a Comparative market analysis of your neighborhood. We will also enter your property into the MLS or "Multiple Listing Service," which is a computerized database of virtually all of the homes for sale in a specific area.

Showings will be coordinated with you by Showing Solutions. We’re also going to help you with all of your contract negations. (2.5% co/op will be offered to incoming brokers.)

You will get one Broker tour and one open house on a day of your choice. We will upgrade your MLS listing to include a virtual tour and 5 pictures of your property. And we will help you write a detailed description of your property for the MLS.
